We wanted to design a logo that emphasized the charm and timeless elegance of Sterling Sand Village, an exclusive shoreline property located in the heart of Clinton, Connecticut. Drawing inspiration from the properties unique location, the logo was designed to reflect the welcoming atmosphere of the village.
To extend the brand beyond the logo, we also designed a detailed property map and an entrance sign that incorporate the same visual elements, typography, and imagery. By maintaining consistency across each touchpoint, we established a cohesive visual identity that strengthens brand recognition, and creates a seamless experience for residents and visitors alike.
The result is a unified branding system that celebrates the beauty of the shoreline while providing Sterling Sand Village with a distinctive and memorable presence.
